Unless stated otherwise in writing, all products are sold “as-is” with no expressed or implied warranty.
This includes but is not limited to:

• Durability
• Lifespan
• Installation performance
• Weather or environmental resistance

We do not guarantee specific results from product use.

If an item arrives damaged:

• You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery
• Photos or video proof is required
• Resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Damage caused after delivery is not covered.

Custom-cut materials are final sale and non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
Please confirm measurements before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

• Installation errors
• Damage caused during or after installation
• Structural failures or environmental effects (wind, heat, etc.)
• Incorrect hardware or mounting methods

Any installation guidance is general and should not be considered professional advice.

Customer is responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended purpose.

By installing or using the product, the customer assumes all associated risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages

• Liability is limited to the product’s purchase price
