Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ALC Horticultural Solutions. We appreciate your business and strive to deliver high-quality supplies. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.



1. All Sales Are Final on Custom and Cut-To-Order Products

Many of our products such as:

  • Shade cloth
  • Greenhouse plastic
  • Frost film
  • Panda film
  • Any custom-cut or made-to-order materials

are cut specifically per customer request.
For this reason, custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please double-check measurements and specifications before completing your purchase.



2. Standard Products Eligible for Return

Only non-custom, unused, unopened, and resaleable items may be eligible for return. Eligibility requirements:

  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Items showing signs of installation, cutting, stretching, use, or modification are not eligible.



3. Damage Upon Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within:

📅 72 hours from delivery date

We require:

  • Photos (or video) of the product and packaging
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following based on the situation:

  • Replacement of damaged item
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (only if justified and approved)

Damage caused after delivery (installation, handling, storage, improper use, or weather impact) is not covered.



4. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address entered by customer
  • Failure to pick up or sign for delivery

the reshipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.



5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is approved due to an error on our part.

If a refund is issued, only the cost of the item (excluding shipping) will be refunded.



6. Refund Processing Time

Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.

Store credit may be issued in place of a refund if applicable.



7. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Custom-cut or specialty orders
  • Installed or partially installed products
  • Products damaged due to customer handling or improper installation
  • Clearance or discounted sale items
  • Items past the 14-day window



8. How to Request a Return Authorization

To request a return or report damage, contact us at:

Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Photos (if applicable)
  • Reason for return

Returns sent without approval may be rejected.



9. Acceptance of Policy
